Tuesday 9.29.09 @ Wheeler Farm

This Tuesday night will be the first of a season of Cyclocross, weeknight practices that will alternate between wheeler farm and the draper equestrian center.
If you ever wanted to try Cyclocross in a less intimidating setting than at a real race, this is where to do it. There will be people there to give pointers for those less experienced.
Bring your mountain bike or use this as an excuse to go buy another bike.

5:30-6:00 warm up and choose the course.
6:00-6:35ish race laps.
After race, Practice barriers.
some nights we may do two, 20 minute races with recovery in between race lap sets.

We will have some PVC barriers for jumping.

Be sure to have something that will prevent flats (stans, airlock, tubeless etc.) The goat heads are out in full force.

See you there, and spread the word.

Later on i might be giving a clinic on Bunny Hopping if anyone is interested.

*Riding a bike is a dangerous sport and you assume the risks that go along with it.
This is an informal fun ride and is organized by nobody.
